Sessions provide space to explore case formulation, parts language, nervous system responses, attunement, pacing, ethical considerations, and therapist presence. Supervision is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for both the client’s process and the practitioner’s growth.

Brainspotting Training supports mental health and helping professionals who want to deepen their trauma-informed, brain-body based therapeutic practice.
This training introduces practitioners to Brainspotting principles, attunement, dual attunement, client pacing, nervous system awareness, and the clinical use of eye position in processing trauma, emotional distress, and stuck experiences.
For practitioners pursuing the international certification pathway, training may contribute to the required learning and professional development hours, depending on the official requirements and eligibility criteria.
