Our Trainings
Phase 1 Brainspotting Training
An introduction to the foundations of Brainspotting, including the phenomenological approach, identifying Brainspots, and working with Inside Window and Outside Window techniques. Participants learn through lecture, demonstration, and experiential practice how Brainspotting can be integrated into clinical work with trauma, dissociation, somatic concerns, and other presenting issues.
Phase 2 Brainspotting Training
An advanced training that deepens Phase 1 skills and expands clinical application through approaches such as One-Eye Brainspotting, Z-Axis, Rolling Brainspotting, combined Inside-Outside Window work, and advanced resource-oriented techniques. The training focuses on greater flexibility, attunement, and work with more complex presentations.
A reflective space for practitioners to strengthen their Brainspotting practice through case discussion, clinical reflection, skill development, and attention to attunement and the practitioner’s experience in the therapeutic process. For practitioners pursuing Brainspotting certification, consultation must be completed with an Approved Brainspotting Consultant in accordance with current Brainspotting International requirements.
