Specialised Psychotherapy Session (Somatic, Brainspotting, IFS)

**Intake Session is a prerequisite. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that supports emotional healing, trauma processing, and meaningful behavioural change. Sessions may integrate brain- and body-based approaches such as Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting, alongside behavioural and narrative practices to support nervous system regulation, build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and develop deeper self-trust in everyday life.

Our services include psychological assessment, intake consultation, specialised psychotherapy, Brainspotting therapy, child and adolescent psychology, mental health certificate consultations, and clinical supervision. Each service is guided by compassion, evidence-based practice, and respect for your unique needs.
